Question 1

Do you remove hard water stains from windows?

Accepted Answer

Yes — hard water stain removal is one of our specialties. New Mexico's water is notoriously mineral-heavy, and those white, chalky deposits can make windows look permanently dirty. My Window Man uses professional-grade treatments to dissolve and remove hard water stains that regular cleaning can't touch, restoring your windows to like-new clarity.

Question 2

What type of windows does My Window Man clean?

Accepted Answer

My Window Man cleans all types of windows including single and double-hung, casement, awning, sliding, and bay windows.

Question 3

Does My Window Man provide interior window cleaning?

Accepted Answer

Yes, My Window Man provides interior and exterior window cleaning services.

Question 4

How long does a typical window cleaning appointment take?

Accepted Answer

The length of a window cleaning appointment depends on the size of your home or business and the number of windows. A typical appointment can range from 1-3 hours.

Question 5

Do you have a weather guarantee?

Accepted Answer

Yes! Our guarantee is for 72 hours. If it rains or snows on your clean windows and spots them, just give us a call within that 72 hours and we will come back out and touch up the affected windows.

Question 6

Do you clean second story windows and above?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely! While most houses in New Mexico can be cleaned traditionally with the use of ladders, some cannot. In those rare cases we still have you covered. We have many options available to us to get the job done correctly and safely!

Question 7

What do I need to do to get ready for my appointment?

Accepted Answer

In most cases all you need to worry about is relaxing while our crews handle the dirty work. If you have any breakables or delicate items in the windowsills or around the windows it is highly appreciated that you move those before arrival just to be on the safe side.

Question 8

Do you clean the window tracks?

Accepted Answer

Our standard service includes a simple brush out of the outside track and wipe of the windowsill. If you are in need of a more detailed track cleaning we can do that as well for an extra charge.

Question 9

How do I get a quote?

Accepted Answer

Getting a quote is easy — just call us at 505-881-0582 or fill out the quote request form on our website. We will get back to you promptly with pricing based on your home or business size and the services you need.
