Anyone who has lived in Albuquerque for a summer knows the feeling: you just had your windows professionally cleaned, they look absolutely perfect — and then a monsoon rolls in that afternoon and leaves them spotted again. It's one of the most frustrating things about living in a climate with intense weather swings.
My Window Man's 72-hour weather guarantee was created specifically for this problem. It's a simple promise: if rain, snow, hail, or a dust storm hits within 72 hours of your cleaning and leaves spots or streaks on your windows, call us within that window and we'll come back to touch up the affected windows at absolutely no charge.
What the Guarantee Covers
The guarantee covers all weather events — monsoon rain, winter snow, hail, and dust storms. It applies to all residential and commercial window cleaning services. There are no hidden conditions, no paperwork, and no questions asked. If the weather undid our work, we make it right.
How to Claim It
Claiming the guarantee is simple: call 505-881-0582 within 72 hours of your original cleaning and let us know which windows were affected by weather. We'll schedule a return visit as quickly as possible — typically within 1–2 business days. You don't need your original invoice or any documentation. Just call.
Why We Offer It
We've been cleaning windows in Albuquerque for over 40 years. We know the weather here better than anyone. Monsoon season runs July through September and can bring afternoon storms with almost no warning. Dust storms can roll in from the West Mesa in minutes. Offering a 72-hour guarantee is our way of saying: we stand behind our work, and we understand the environment you live in.
No Other Company in Albuquerque Offers This
To our knowledge, no other window cleaning company in the Albuquerque market offers a weather guarantee of any kind. It's one of the reasons My Window Man customers come back year after year — and why we've maintained a 5.0-star Google rating across all 10 verified reviews. Ready to experience the difference?
